Great Mic - Especially For The Price!
Let me start by saying - This mic is amazing! I've been looking around for a good but inexpensive mic for a while now and this is what I decided on. Pros: Great audio quality On/off switch Includes XLR cable Includes mic holder Price Sounds like an Sm58 Cons: It's a bit noisy when hold it your hand, but if you use a mic stand it's great. Doesn't come with dragon If you are planning to use this with a guitar amp you will need an impedance transformer. This basically allows your low impedance device (Microphone) to be able to be plugged into your high impedance input (Amp). I've linked a great one here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006NMUHW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 The XLR-QTR cable will not give you the same great results as this will. You will need to select the XLR-XLR cable to be able to use this transformer. You won't regret buying this microphone! I did not receive either of these products for free or at a discount.

Great sounding mic
I bought this mic because after doing research, many reviewers said that: “if you are starting out and don’t want to purchase the more expensive 58, this one gives you a very close sound to the 58”. It at lest cost less then half the cost of a 58. The fact that I got a chord with the mic was a plus. I like the sound I get when I plug it into my Vox mini5. I recommend you try this mic.

Plugged in easily and worked right away!
Was having issues trying to get 2 mics with 1/4" mono jacks to work with a mixer I had. Tried a 1/4" mono to XLR adapter and those didn't work. Still not sure if those old mics are bad or the adapters I bought were junk. So I was forced to fork out a little more dough and I bought this mic. I was relieved and excited when right out of the box it just worked with my mixer, no hiccups or wondering why its not working, nope, it just worked, no questions asked. The way its "cardoid design" is supposed to pick up sound is great for the PA system in a gym application I use it for. It only picks up my voice and does a great job at not picking up anything the PA's speakers are playing. Thanks to the mixer I have I can use the mic to over music that's already playing, make gym-wide announcements easily so everyone can hear them loud and clear, even sing karaoke if I want. Comes with it's own clip which I assume could just screw onto a mic stand, also a "Shure" brand sticker and a nice soft carrying case.

Shure makes a great product. This isn't as heavy or as durable as the SM line but still has amazing sound and for the price you can't beat it anywhere. Use it for DJing and vocal recording and the sound quality is awesome.

Great for Speaking applications
Actually extremely impressed with this microphone. I use it when I host trivia at the bar and it's great for speech. Very clear vocals. The range is more limited compared to an sm58, but that's what I like about it. I wouldn't recommend this for singers, it's tailored for speech. It also is a bit of a hotter mic. Some small handling noise but not too bad. I'd recommend this mic for anyone needing it for speech, not singing applications

Sleek mic that can hang with an advanced karaoke singer without emptying the wallet
I bought this because I wanted to have a home karaoke setup on a semi-low budget without sacrificing too much quality. I don't have any experience with what high-end (expensive) mics are supposed to sound like, but I do have experience with what crappy mics sound like. I am referring to the ones you use at your typical Korean karaoke bars. If you have a decent singing voice ( but not winning American Idol any time soon ), you are probably looking for mics that do a good job of reproducing your voice without breaking the bank. I believe this mic fits that criteria very well. When I sing through it, I feel that it is an accurate (to my ears) reproduction of my voice and it feels good to hear it. I don't feel that way with cheaper, lower-quality mics. I also decided to get wired instead of a budget wireless mic because I reasoned that more of the costs it took to make the mic went towards making it sound good, rather than making it work wirelessly. The mic has a very sleek, professional look to it and feels solid and hefty. I did think it looked really short/tiny at first out of the box, but when you connect the cable it starts to look more like a normal-sized mic. It also has an on/off version. If you are using a mic for karaoke purposes, I think this is an important feature. (There's actually good reasons to buy a mic without an on/off version for live performances, you can Google about it) Also, there are two versions of this product that comes with a cable: the XLR version and the 1/4" (QTR) version. I highly recommend making sure you know what your input jack type is to avoid the hassle of having to exchange it. TL; DR (Too Long, Didn't Read) This mic is a great value if: - you are building a karaoke setup - you have a decent singing voice, and want a mic that matches your skill - you want a taste of quality without spending too much

Good Quality Mic with lots of useful accessories
The mic comes with a pouch for you to keep the mic, a mic holder, and an XLR cable and other accessories. The quality of the mic itself is superb with very clean vocals when I tested it. As with all cardioid mics, you need to talk/sing straight into the head or the sound will trail off when your mouth is not facing the mic. Very good deal. Highly recommended
