Sau khi mặt dưới đã khô thì dùng xiên tre hay đũa để xoay lại, rồi thêm hỗn hợp bột vào. Cứ làm như vậy 1-2 lần sẽ có được hình tròn, đợi đến khi chọc que tre vào mà thấy hỗn hợp đã khô lại, không dính que nữa là hoàn thành.
Chấm thêm với một ít tương ớt chua ngọt nữa thì tuyệt lắm! Nhân bắp và kim chi ngon ngon với vỏ ngoài giòn rụm, nghe là đã thèm rồi!
