Dimensions were exact, the organizer fit cleanly into my silverware drawer. Good size slots for a variety of different pieces, including serving pieces. Really appreciate the extra deep cubbies. I looked and they really do make the deepest drawer insert on the market. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent quality, accurate measurements, great purchase
I have never written a review after having a product 1 hour but this organizer is perfect! My drawer is small 14"x20" so it can't be expanded. I was concerned about the height as I only had 2.75" which matched the description but no room to spare. It fits like it was custom made. Heavy, high quality and my new 12 piece place settings from W&S have plenty of room. I'd give this product 10 stars if I could! Don't waste your money on lesser quality items.

I love it! The older I get, the more need I have for neatness and organization! This utensil holder is perfect. I love bamboo products. With 4 adults, 5 children under twelve, spanning 4 generations, I need LOTS of utensils. This held large spoons, teaspoons, tons of forks, steak knives and butter knives. Extra smaller forks fir the little ones, all my measuring spoons, and a pile of scissors! AND my drawer wasn't big enough to expand it! Can you just imagine how much more I could fit of it expanded??? It's non skid, so with kids who slam drawers shut, nothings sliding to the back of the drawer!

Very nice flatware organizer
This appears to be a nicely constructed product that should prove to be durable over time. I've only been using it for a couple days, but the quality seems first rate. My primary reason for choosing this item was the "extra deep" compartments, so it could hold the 16-setting flatware set we recently purchased - which is does perfectly. Our flatware set has slightly "bulky" handles and 16-pieces fit into each compartment with a little room to spare. Very happy with this product.

Fantastic High Quality Product - 100% Bamboo
My wife thought I was nuts researching kitchen drawer insert organizers. I was concerned with three things; 1) Overall Build Quality, 2) 100% Bamboo Construction - including the base/bottom and 3) Overall Height. This product checked all three boxes! Yes this product was about $10 to $15 dollars more expensive than some of the others but it is quality built, solid bamboo construction on every part and it is one of the few utensil drawer inserts that provides you with 2 3/4" of total depth. Keep in mind that the depth is the "total depth of the insert, not the actual compartment depth which you need to understand as these type of products provides you with an adjustable width capability and that feature takes up some height space to provide. Every other manufacturer also provides adjustable width sizing and will have the same build/height issue BUT most every other manufacturers only provide total depths of 2" so this one definitely beats them all! The other real nice thing is that this unit has silicone feet on the bottom to keep it from moving in the drawer so when you open the drawer quickly - it will not slide around. The other nice thing is that they provide you with two sheets of bamboo to use as a spacer sit it can truly provide a rock solid fit. Bamboo is easy to work with and if you score the sheets deeply enough it will split along your score line cleanly eliminating the need to use a saw to trim the bamboo sheets. Time will tell if it holds up, but my guess would be that based on how it was packaged, how it feels in your hand and the overall look of the construction quality that this will last a long time.

Big step toward organization!
This was slightly wider than I had expected, I thought I had measured our drawer with plenty of leftover space, but it turns out that this will not fully extend in our kitchen drawer. That's ok, though, because I was able to fully extend one side, and the other is only partially extended and makes a great place to put sharp knives that don't fit into the knife block. The organizer looks fantastic, I am able to separate all of the different flatware, and at least somewhat organize the clutter that was all scattered about previously. We still have too much stuff to fit in here, but we having making baby steps toward better organization, and this was a big step in the right direction. The product seems sturdy enough to hold up to being placed in a drawer, and really, that's what I need it for. The instructions say to empty it before lifting, otherwise the bottom may detach, and I plan to do that for cleaning, etc. but really, its meant to be in a drawer, and there it will stay. It arrived well packaged and undamaged.

Bamboo Rules!
This drawer insert was exactly as advertised and is working perfectly. Our old one was rather flimsy and had seen better days. This one fit our smaller than standard drawer perfectly (without expansion) and it was shipped so that it came very quickly. We were also impressed with the excellent packaging and the information contained therein. We LOVE bamboo and this seems well made and we expect it to be in service for a very long time. Great Find
If you also have a monster drawer in your kitchen this might do the trick for you as well. Looks nice and a great fit for my monster drawer. If I were to be nit picky here I would share that I wish it had more dividers to allow some additional customization of utensils. Even so, I'm still really happy with the purchase and looked at a lot of places before I found something with these dimensions.

Exactly perfect for my application
These are simply perfect for my needs. I now have four of them installed in drawers of varying widths and they work perfectly. Along with the tray itself there are two thin, flat bamboo pieces included in the box that I use either in front of or in back of the tray - depending on how I want to organize the drawer - which holds the tray firmly in place when it doesn't slide front to back. For the width, once I've extended the tray to fit the width of the drawer everything stays put. I started with one...liked it so much I purchased two more...then bought a fourth. My drawers are organized, and look great. They help me live with the otherwise sub-standard kitchen in my house!

Love at first sight !!
I hope these do not disappoint me over time. If I do, they come with a registration link and a 1 year warranty. That's refreshing. My builder was here when these arrived. He's got VERY discerning taste and he was impressed with the style, the way they fit in the drawers, and the space in each 'slot' to organize my rather large collection of flatware. That pleased me. But even more so, I was pleased when I started 'loading' them with all of my flatware pieces. LARGE slots hold a service for 16 quite well. I always buy extra teaspoons with flatware and must have 40 of them. BOOM, one slot holds them all. Who could ask for anything more?
